This project will introduce and integrate the delivery of a new Access to Finance specialist brokerage service to the existing core brokerage services available to SME businesses across the region from Business Link Northwest.
ASCE2 has been designed to build on the success of the ASCE1 programme. Its key aim is to provide the conditions and infrastructure for the Northwest aerospace supply chain to develop into a world-class integrated cluster capable of competing globally. It represents the essential next stage in the development of the cluster. The programme will be selective and support will be targeted towards areas of the supply chain where the Northwest is in a strong competitive position.
Phase 4 of Atlantic Park will include site preparation and infrastructure works (including new site roads, drainage, services, landscaping and off-site junction improvements) to bring forward 9.2 hectares of development land which has the potential to provide approximately 45,000 m² of office and industrial space.
This project aims to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing SMEs within the region (typically tier 2 and 3 suppliers) to become competitively engaged with the global automotive supply chain.
This project will enable Baltic Creative to purchase property assets on a long-term lease and manage the estate within the Baltic Triangle.
The aim of these works is to significantly improve the environment, image and identity of the area which now includes key destinations like the Contemporary Urban Centre, which welcomes visitors from around the globe.
Funding for this project will secure the long-term future of the area by rejuvenating tourism and ensuring that Blackpool maintains its status as the UK’s leading resort.
The focus of the project is Blackpool Seafront Parade 5, situated between Central Pier and the emerging Tower Festival Headland. It is the next phase of public realm works for the Central Seafront Development Scheme in Blackpool.
The project lies within the Bolton Innovation Zone, identified as a strategic investment site within the European Investment Framework. The project encompasses three distinct elements, including the construction of a new site access road, a new pedestrian footbridge and additional public realm treatments.
