Recipients need to understand the rigour with which they will be tested for evidence of compliance with the legal framework governing the use of ERDF funds, and the systems and processes which they will need to establish in order to ensure they are able to provide evidence, at the right time, in support of ERDF-funded activity.
This Guide seeks to provide ERDF recipients with clear information in respect of key ERDF requirements including:

- Inspection
