What is the project?
The aim of this project is to construct a public sector-led, purpose designed Managed Workspace Facility on the site of the former British Industrial Plastics factory in Maryport, Cumbria. Specifically the project will provide 1,421 square metre (net lettable space) of sustainable, high-quality mixed accommodation (studio and small workshop).

To create high-quality mixed accommodation for new and established businesses in the West Cumbria area.
